2008. I had babies and learned fear. Sharon Astyk talked about peak oil and how Nigerian Dwarf goats were great emergency food supply on the hoof. An entire business was born. Little did I know it would birth an entire identity, and eventually a full-time income.

I achieved profitability as a goat breeder in 2020. Mission complete. I keep a small herd still. Never know when that oil might run out. ;)
